Hudson has one kid that is the real deal.He is gonna get his but the key is not to let him get everybody else involved.I don't believe the pope could beat Hudson at home.

I've seen alot of these clubs play and I would give the advantage to 24aa.While I think the district is down from what it has been the top 2 clubs,Ktz and EC are still better than their counterparts to the north.I think that when you line these 2 districts up Kountze and EC would be clear favorites and then you would have a dog fight for the 3rd spot.Anahuac is improving every time I see them but don't have quite the horses they had last year.CH may play a ball control type game but I don't think they would hold either of the top 2 clubs down south to 40 points.

The big guys for Evadale play very well but they do seem to tire against the pressure defenses.I was just pointing out something that will give them trouble as they play better clubs.

At HJ I gotta take the Lady Hawks.When they play up to their potential they are pretty dawg gone good.They are really young so the big game atmosphere should be fun.

You missed my point Abraham,I wasn't questioning Coach Williams because I said I didn't know his personnell.I was speaking in general terms.If I had 3 post players I would play 2 and have one coming off the bench to keep them all fresh.I think if you can put more guards on the floor against the pressure defenses you have a better chance of being successful.I'm sure Coach Williams puts the best club on the floor that he has, any coach will do that. I am also sure that a quick ,pressure defense will give it trouble.I didn't know we were going to have a basketball test and I don't claim to be a coach but I have been around this game for a very,very long time.

This conference is loaded this year.The Horns may have a little less talent this year than last but have a lot better team.UT wins this won by 8. Texas 78 Texas A&M 70

This district is even but I wouldn't call it loaded.

I have a ton of respect for Coach Williams and I know he knows his personell better than I do.That being said when when you play a club that is small and pressures the ball the more ball handlers you have on the floor the better I like your odds.The 3 post players Evadale has are about even in potential with #32 probably the best of the 3.With the 3rd guy ,regardless of who it is, coming off the bench they would all stay fresh.The 2 post guys that are still on the floor should still control the boards.Looking down the road I think small clubs with speed will give this club some trouble.

Aggies the difference in these 2 clubs is definitely the depth.The way to off set this is conditioning and the Hawks look to be in excellent shape.I don't think conditioning was the problem for the Hawks friday.They had a lapse for a couple of minutes and a very talented Tiger club took advantage of it.I go all over SETX watching different games these days and both schools should realize how lucky they are to have these clubs to support.This was a great game to watch as a fan of the game.

I stand by my earlier prediction, these 2 clubs will split the regular season games.This game was as close as it can get other that a 2 minute span to start the 4th.The atmosphere will be about the same at HJ on the Hawks followers will get the edge.Both clubs should be proud because this was a great game to watch as a fan.

If the Eagles lost Sells you don't have to say anymore that explains it.

It hasn't been long since Evadale has had a player who could dunk.Daws hasn't been gone long.Any player that's 6"7" should be able to dunk.Evadale is a better club with 2 big men on the floor and 1 subbing in off the bench.Small teams who pressure the ball will give the Rebels trouble especially if all 3 big kids are on the floor.From the games I've seen the Rebs play,they have a solid club but aren't very deep and aren't in real good shape.That has more to do with the 3's not falling than anything else.They better not sleep on BS at BS or they will be surprised.

[/quote] Thank you, whsalum. >:( [/quote]Sorry tigersvoice, I could have chosen my words a little better but to say I was surprised would be an understatement.I saw several post last year about the progress of the Silsbee progarm and the young coach got lots of support for coach of the year.They did seem to be well coached but the players just didn't seem to be there.The Silsbee girls have had one of the best teams in the region for years.I don't think they have a freshman or JV club now which really surprises me.

A butt load to not many.I couldn't believe how far the Silsbee program has fallen.

A 2 minute stretch to open the 4th quarter was the difference in this one.That was caused by the depth on the Tiger bench and the home court advantage.After watching this one I think the 2 clubs split the regular season games,they are closer than I thought they were.

Dippitty's for burgers,Catfish Cabin for good fresh seafood and West Texas BBQ for great BBQ.

I wasn't looking down on BC but if both clubs play their absolute best this isn't anywhere near a 10 pt game.

Leggett can be a very interesting place to play.

They may not let you wear one Dove  ;D

I have been around basketball in this area since the 60's and Big Sandy has always had a good program.

I'm kinda surprised this one was this close.I have only saw the Lady Hawks play once this year but they put up over 40 in one quarter in the game I saw.I know they are young but they are going to have to stay focused.

Evadale will win this district I believe. They may not go undefeated because Big Sandy is very hard to beat at home.Evadale needs to get their post guy #32 back to be at their best.I haven't seen West Hardin this year but didn't think they were real strong.They will be well coached as will the other 2 clubs you mentioned.
