Kountze will win this one going away.It's been a long time since they played in the Evadale tournament.

I said they weren't accurate.It's impossible to get an accurate poll after 3 games.They shouldn't even put a poll out until mid December.

If the polls were accurate and you had 2 teams in the top 10 that's a ton of respect.These preseason polls aren't very accurate.The one at the end of the season will be a whole lot more important and a lot closer to being on the money.

When will they get Grayson back in the shooters hole?Lots of stuff will open up when that happens.Gus can put pressure on the defense but they have to have someone knock down the shots when the defense collapses.Persohn looks like he is getting adjusted to the basketball court(he was getting in foul troubleway to quick) and the freshman is gonna have a few growing pains along the way.That being said HJ will even it's record in this one. Great to see Lin doing well over there, he is a class act both on the floor and in the classroom.

They got eliminated Friday.This will give them one days practice at least.

They are as quick an overall club as I've seen in a long time.They aren't very big but they do attack the basket and have several kids that can shoot it.

HJ will be fine when the get some shooters well.They look like they have walking wounded everywhere you look.

Stallworth solidified his status as one of the best players in our area tonight.Kountze has the potential to be pretty good this year if they get someone to step up and take over the leadership role.They have some solid underclassmen and several kids that can flat out shoot it.Silsbee didn't look like the same club I saw last Tuesday,I think they were lookin forward to this one.

Sounds like a pretty special group on both ends of this thread.

He doesn't get up much regardless.He did get up a few times to question calls but doesn't make many real time adjustments.Woodville always has some good atheletes but they don't put much emphasis on the roundball.

I think Silsbee was looking to the Lions on Tuesday when they played Woodville.They will have to play much better than they did against Woodville to beat the Lions.

McGallion and Whittacre are solid and have been for years.I've never seen either one act like a primma donna.Bottom line here is someone is gonna have to step up and hit the long ball to keep folks from collapsing on Whittacre.This is where they miss Blankenship but don't give up on em yet they will be pretty good before the seasons over.
