According to Max Preps last year: Boys futbol was 5-13-4 and Girls futbol was 2-15-7. So, No.

Lake Creek has to favored by more than that. I’d say at least 14-20 points. A win here for Lake Creek puts them in great position for a playoff spot.

Both PNG and Montgomery get the same back to back bye weeks during district play. Both teams should be rested for that Oct 31 showdown.

87% of Cleveland ISD is Hispanic and many of those don’t speak much English. I can’t think of a single sport they have been competitive.

Yea I agree. I think I’d take a TD off that line. Maybe 33. West Fork isn’t that bad and I doubt PNG will be trying to steamroll them with the last 3 games to play on deck.

It was said that he was leaving to explore collegiate opportunities, but then he ended up at Copperas Cove. Was he looking to leave Huntsville for some other reason? Don’t know.

Huntsville beat Montgomery by 18 last year and played PNG within 3. Now they have been outscored 83-28 in the last 6 quarters against those same two teams. Giving up 40 is unheard of and now 54 in a district game. They did have a few key guys out with injuries against Montgomery but still. This team has a lot of talent and I don’t think you would see this performance under former coach Southern. Something is just not working with this team. This needs to be a circle the wagons game against Dayton or they can just sit this one out for the playoffs. I suspect that Huntsville will rebound and get the win, but then again, will they?

Big game in the District. Good chance this will decide a playoff spot. Loser probably not making it.
