So loser next week is 4 seed. That should be pretty motivating for both sides.

All 4 of PNG’s games against their top 4 competitors were one score games. This District has been probably the most exciting district race I can remember.

Next weeks game is going to be a shootout. I was impressed Nederland scored 38 on the Huntsville defense. No one else in the District scored 30.

So Nederland will either be the 1 seed or the 4 seed.

Freshman QB had 4 rushing TD’s and 1 passing TD. That was the wildcard and I’ll say it worked out for Huntsville.

That’s if Montgomery wins.

The bright side is Nederland just eliminated Lake Creek.

Well Huntsville threw a pass.

Interesting to see what the 2nd half adjustments are. Huntsville running game is working for now. I think it’s going to be a lower scoring 2nd half.

If PNG wins and Nederland loses this week, the final game between Nederland and Montgomery will be HUGE! Every teams seeding will change depending on that one result. That would be a fitting end to the regular season for this District. Hope it happens. If PNG and Nederland both win, then, Yawn, it’s all over and everybody knows where they are.
