Correct. I don't see the SEC ruling in favor of H-D but I have seen it happen in these cases. SEC usually sides with the decision the DEC makes on these situations.

Burkeville was not in the playoffs. H-D is appealing decision. Meeting with State Executive Committee tomorrow.

I'll be continuing it thru all the playoffs. Plenty of time to right the ship. (or sink even deeper, lol)

Not over yet. Hull-Daisetta will be appealing. Meeting in Austin tomorrow with State Executive Committee. For now, H-D is out. Changes three playoff games. Moves Spurger up to Div. I, Chester to DII #1 and Leggett into the playoffs as DII #2. Those three games (H-D vs. Wells, Spurger vs. Kennard and Chester vs. Centerville) were all set with date, time and place. Now Spurger and Chester have different opponents and so does Centerville. Question will be if those dates and venues will stay the same with these new match ups. For the record, after watching the entire Hudl film on the incident, I think it's wrong to eliminate H-D from playoffs. Just my opinion.

I think Wheatley is a good match up for Silsbee. They do what the Tigers want their opponents to do, play up tempo. What scares me is teams that can control tempo and make it a halfcourt game. I like Silsbee against Wheatley by 8.
