  4. No. They will play it just like it was a game. Dayton will come at this just likllye it was the state championship game. Thats why they win, KEYWORD : RUTHLESS [/quote Actually the key word is SCRIMMAGE this is just a tune up game with a friendly adversary to tweak a teams strength's and weak points. Sure it would be fun to win,but you can bet the coaching staff wont be leading with their ego's their aim is further down the road for a return date at the big dance. Jay Hawk the keyword here is actually DAYTON. we come at everything as if it were the TITLE. We take nothing lightly. i know this because i play for Dayton. We take no prisoners, EVERYTHING is about winning. No matter the game WE WILL WIN. End of story. According to this schedule, buckin, Dayton went 13-2 last year. Where are the scrimmage "wins" listed at? : Last Year's scores Non-District Dayton 35, Bay City 7 Friendswood 42, Dayton 21 District Dayton 49, Goose Creek Memorial 0 Dayton 48, North Forest 30 Dayton 49, Crosby 14 Dayton 46, Barbers Hill 13 Dayton 40, Galena Park 7 Dayton 46, C.E. King 7 Dayton 41, Kingwood Park 0 Playoffs Dayton 39, Livingston 28 Dayton 42, Elgin 14 Dayton 28, Rosenberg Terry 13 Dayton 42, Brenham 21 Dayton 31, Kerrville Tivy 28 Sulphur Springs 69, Dayton 49
  5. Silsbee has more than their fair share of game breakers at the skill postions. Again, this is going to be fun!!!

  7. Yep, it's a conspiracy I tell you. : : :
  8. thanks cat, i didn't know the coach's son was the qb, so if that's the case that means if he's not left handed he should be at SS on the diamond, right? I think he is an outfielder. Don't quote me on that though I just quoted you, so sorry. ;D
  9. I believe you just answered your own question. come on Aggie, you bad as Coop, someone ask a question to the poster and you jump in. Sorry admin, I'll bite my lip next time. ;D

  12. Since when did Kirbyville get on the schedule? I know that Silsbee is scrimmaging Kirbyville, did not know that they were actually playing each other. Folks, NOBODY WINS SCRIMMAGES!!!!!

  15. speveto I would take a guess that you are either about 12 or you have the intellect of a 12 year old. If you are older, I will make the assumption that you played the tuba in the band and were picked on by all of your peers. Now, as an adult you hide behind a screen name because you know that no one can pick you up and throw you in a garbage can. Airitout123, there is nothing wrong with playing in the band, but I do get your point.
  16. I have a hard time believing that is factual, but then again, Rush Wood was covering the Cards back then, so he's probably right. Impressive stat! Which teams were playing in domed stadiums back then? Pre 1975? Houston. When'd Tulane leave Tulane Stadium for the Superdome? Nevermind, found it. 1975! : : : Always the skeptic when it comes to Lamar.
  17. Go West, young man, go West!!! ;D Actually it is east.... Will post directions on the Toups Graphics website later this evening. Who does Dayton scrimmage next week? East? I just assumed that since this was the Super Bowl of scrimmages, that this guy was coming from Dayton, Ohio. ;D My bad. Go East, young man, Go East!!!
  18. From what I saw from Kountze at Silsbee's summer tourney, Brey will definetly help them but they will not have the best starting 5 in the whole area. Unless you are strictly speaking 2A. I'm thinking 2A. This additions helps tremendously. You now have Bray, McDaniel, Walker, and David Johnson. Could be deadly for alot of teams. I'm expecting a run to Austin this year. I think Kountze will be the 2nd best 3A-and-under team in the area behind Silsbee. AAW, where's "sabinebball" now? Haven't saw him on here since his Varsity team won the 16-under GASO NIT division.... I'm sure he's reading about the addition. I think I ticked Mr. sabinebball off. May not see him around here anymore. The addition of Brey elevates Kountze tremendously in the region.
  19. No kaka! Sounds like yet ANOTHER dig at the Nederland crowd. (mashed potatoes) When are you gonna give it up? They will let you continue to get your digs in until you cause hate and discontent and then you and the clonies will blame someone else. Seriously, my post was just a joke about myself. It has nothing to do with any softball team. It's an inside thing.

  21. Both mens and womens track teams at A&M won National Championships this year, just to clarify what NATIONALS the Aggies have won lately. My role? I was their leader. Didn't you know that I am a legend in my own mind? But my original post had nothing to do with the Aggies.
  22. Bleed, I understand your point, trust me. I am with you about whatever it takes to get that college education. Jeremy understands that too. He will play college football, most likely at quarterback, but he is a smart enough person to know that he would play other positions to get that education if there were no QB offers. The good thing here, he has over 15 offers to play quarterback at the next level. So he gets the best of both worlds.
  23. All I know is, I have pretty close contact with the Johnson family and from what I know, many schools are offering him to play QB. West Virginia, who he has verbally commited to, wants him as their future QB, no other position. Michigan, Baylor and several others are recruiting him as a quarterback. There are schools that are recruiting him as an athlete but he is not considering them. Bleed, who knows, in the end you may be right. But I know that Jeremy wants to play QB and his desire and interest is to play quaterback at the next level and he is working towards that goal. I believe that a nationally ranked top 10 QB by most the recruiting services will end up playing quaterback at the next level.
