2.

Just took a look at the preview and then at the schedule you have posted and both have the opener, Ft. Bend Elkins as being in Dayton. Originally, that was the case, but it gave the Broncos 6 home games and 4 on the road, meaning in 2011 we'd have 4 home games and traveling for 6. Elkins finally got back in touch with the Dayton staff and now the game is being played on their field - the one off Hwy 6. FYI
Thanks for the update. Mike, I am getting on those revisions right now.  BTW, the name of the stadium is Kenneth Hall Stadium.
That name rings a bell. ;) ;D Much better than "butch" Stadium. ::)
 3.
Score updates here [Hidden Content]
Do I have to pay to see these scores on this certain communist website? ::)

 5.
I thought we were talking about Kirbyville and Jasper playing during the 2010 season. Must have thought wrong the only way anyone can seem to beat Kirbyville is if they bring up the past before the Alvarez era or when Alvarez first started building the program. The fact is this forum was started based on the 2010 game between Kirbyville and Jasper  ;). And by the way Silsbee fans in case you didnt watch the scrimmage last season we scored on the first play of scrimmage and also dominated it the whole way through. So keep up with those scores from the past if you want to but from here on out things have changed.
Another person putting credibility in a SCRIMMAGE!! Speaking of that scrimmage, I guess you forgot about the first time JJ touched the ball (Silsbee's first offensive play) he went 65 yards, untouched, for a TD. Scrimmage ended up tied at 1-1. The domination you speak of was simply not there. Must be looking through those red and black glasses. Domination would be what I posted earlier. 21-1 all-time! But if you insist on counting just the Jack years, 3-1, with the lone Wildcat win the 1 pointer. ::)
 6.

Well, I am not saying that Kirbyville is scared (but then again ;) ;D), but they haven't fared too well over their history against the Jasper's, Newton's, Silsbee's and WOS's. WOS is undefeated against them. Silsbee is 13-1 all time against them. Jasper and Newton has pretty much dominated their series all time against Kirbyville. But Kirbyville has come on as of late. ;) ;D (Wow, this post looks too much like an enemy of mine's past posts) ;D
Silsbee 13-1 against Kirbyville??? Please upload facts because as far as i know we've only played Silsbee a couple times, it must have been in the 1800's {seriously}
You must be a youngster. ::) Actually, after double checking texashsfootball's website, the all time record between Silsbee and Kirbyville is 21-1, in favor of Silsbee. Here are the scores and year that these games were played:                 Silsbee          Kirbyville 1932            20                  0              1-0 1933            13                  0              2-0 1933            12                  0              3-0 1934            13                  0              4-0 1935            18                  6              5-0 1936            7                  6              6-0 1937            13                  0              7-0 1938            18                  0              8-0 1939            20                  0              9-0 1940            9                  0              10-0 1941            25                  0              11-0 1942            7                  6              12-0 1944            46                0              13-0 1945            20                0              14-0 1948            13                6              15-0 1949            46                6              16-0 1950            46                0              17-0 1955            25                20              18-0 2004            41                13              19-0 2005            21                13              20-0 2006            42                22              21-0 2007            28                29              21-1                 503                127 avg.            22.9              5.8 The years between the 30's and 50's, Kirbyville and Silsbee were the same size communities, with several of those years both teams were in the same district. Silsbee shutout Kirbyville 12 times in those 22 games. Kirbyville's lone win was the last time these two played when the Wildcats scored in the last few seconds of the game and then went for two, getting it successfully and winning by the 1 point. I would say, that all-time, Silsbee has dominated this series. ;)
 7.
I wonder if COOP is getting a kick back from listing this topic... ???
Good question. He is a contributor to that "other" site.
 8.
LBJ is arrogant, plain and simple. He called ESPN to set up the hour long crap fest that will be nothing but both sides kissing each others rears. ESPN will keep saying NY is involved to make sure Knicks fans watch and we all will watch and boom, more money for both sides. What a bunch of crap. Even if LBJ goes to Miami and wins, does that make him the best player ever? Not even close when he is teamed with Bosh and Wade. It is like saying Jeter is the best ever because he has won so many titles. Winning on super teams does not make you the greatest team or player in my mind (and I'm a Yankees fan admitting this). No matter what LBJ does now, he will be arrogant in my mind.
Just got off the phone with LBJ's people, he has sent word that he will wait till the Orange Leader prints a story saying where he should go, then he will make his decision. Gabe, are you going to tell Lebron where to go? hint hint ;D

 12. So you (the self-titled "commoner"), are "humbled" by being an inspiration to an administrator? I think I understand. ???
 13. Correction, Administrator. ;D
 14. Your "cleansing" is inspirational, but I am just feeling good about my charitable work for the day. You're welcome.
 15. Glad I could be of assistance. My good deed for the day.
 16.
When will the pools be posted
Probably Tuesday or Wed. of next week.
 17. I admit to my mistakes daily. Just ask my wife. ;D Hopefully your initial "cleansing" will benefit you.
 18. The king of baiters would know when bait has been thrown. ;) ::) Could it be that I asked the question about Silsbee in reference to Silsbee not using universal? Grad understood my " ;) :-X". Glad you realized your mistake. That's a first.

 20. Where did I imply that Silsbee used universal? I asked if folks considered Silsbee a successful basketball program in spite of not having a state title.
 21.

Well, guess what guys, Silsbee does not use the universal. ;)
No wonder they are so successful.  By the way,  a couple of my posts have been deleted.  You or WOS grad wouldnt know anything about that would you?
I thought that was why they didn't win two state titles? Which is it? ::) As for the deleting of posts, I have only deleted one post/thread today. The starting of that thread was unnecessary. I made it very clear in a prior post in this thread that I was against the universal, but that I wasn't going to condemn any school for using it. You should have bothered to read before including me into your argument.
 22. Well, guess what guys, Silsbee does not use the universal. ;)
Of course, not, because Silsbee does use a universal offseason program right, AAW?  So by definition they cannot be successful.
Silsbee basketball program as good or better than any. My guess it has a lot more to do with number of players avaiable than it does with universal off season.  There are those who would suggest that, under the right circumstances, they would hold two state titles in the last four years
Are you suggesting that because of universal, Silsbee does not have those two titles in the last 4 years?
 24. Congrats to Mark. One of the best recievers in this area coming into this season.
