PN-G was the only 4A school in Texas with both an undefeated varsity football team and an undefeated junior varsity football team at the end of the 2009 regular football season. A tid bit from Bob West's article in today's paper: I’m not quite sure what to make of the Southeast Texas Basketball Awards that were presented Saturday night at the Holiday Inn on Jimmy Johnson Blvd. How you can pick the top 12 players out of Southeast Texas, and not have anybody from a Memorial team that was probably the best in the area, is just odd. Especially when that Titans’ team had a pair of Division 1 signees in Darius Harris and Shaq White I do not know the complete list of the 12 finalists (do know that Silsbee's Stallworth and Kountze's Brey made the list), but I agree with Bob here, Shaq should have made the list.

Could there be a sweep? I say, if LU sweeps Sam, TT can't post on this site for a year. ;D

If I remember correctly, the only school that came close was Waxahachie, with a JV team whose record was 9-1.
