Who has the edge?? [/quote] Yes, you go to the points. The points stand as follows with these three teams: BC  +6 OF -8 SIL +2 Basically, Silsbee get's in in this scenario because they have a +2. Orangefield has to beat BC by 7 points or more to get a playoff spot. A 7 point win would give both BC and Orangefield a -1 point total, with Orangefield getting the nod with the head-to-head win over BC. BC gets in with a win or a loss of 6 points or less to Orangefield.

Looking forward to doing the play-by-play for the TV broadcast of this game. Should be a good one. EC folks, how's the food in the pressbox??  ;D

Okay, looks like this is how the tiebreaker will go down. BC stands by. WOS will play Orangefield, winner gets a playoff spot. If Orangefield wins, then BC is #2 seed, OF #3. If WOS wins, then the two will either play off for the #2 seed or flip. BC is in regardless.

Correction, BC did sweep Orangefield. Now, how do they determine the two playoff teams out of the three?

Final standings 1. Silsbee 8-2      clinches outright district championship #1 seed 2. Bridge City 6-4 3. Orangefield 6-4 4. WO-S 6-4 5. Hamshire-Fannett 3-7  eliminated 6. Hardin-Jefferson 1-9    eliminated BC, Orangefield and WOS all split their games, 2-2, against one another and now have a three way tie for 2nd and 3rd spots. Will have to have a playoff to determine the final two spots.
