The most talented team ever at Silsbee was the '98 team, but they were clearly not the most successful. I guess it all depends on how you define "best".

Stafford spent the last two seasons in Region IV and advanced to the state tourney through that weak region. Last time Stafford was in Region III was three years ago and they met up with Silsbee in the 2nd round. Silsbee beat Stafford 85-57. I see HJ winning this one by 15+. HJ            73 Stafford    56

According to the UIL website and the brackets they have posted, all regional quarterfinal games are to be played on March 2nd or 3rd, which is Wed. and Thurs. of next week. Regional tourneys are March 4th and 5th. I have no idea why UIL has the dates this way.

They have some much quickness and that 11 player sub system is hard for a team to play with. The Kountze and HJ players were sucking wind late in these games. If we can get Sealy to run with them, look for Silsbee to roll. You are stating that "no 3A team in the state can beat Silsbee" if they play like they did against Kountze, HJ, ect. That's pretty clear to me.
