1.
They look like they may not be a playoff team this year. What's the deal?
Extremely young!! Kind of the same scenario they had three years ago. They have no seniors on the team, a couple of juniors, the rest soph. and freshmen. Coach Broussard told me this is the youngest he has ever been as a whole. He starts 3 soph, a freshman and a junior. He lost a couple of his players from that gang rape incident and another moved.

 4.

That must be West Brook JV because the West Brook varsity will be in the James Gamble Classic in Port Arthur.
I think you are looking at the Girls Bracket, Soulja.
You'll have to excuse Soulja. He is still recovering from that debate beating he took from Sgt. Reyes over on the football forum. ;)
 5.
I have heard that Sealy has one player that is a man child.
4 RICKY SEALS-JONES (C) C, PF, F Jr. 6-6 220 Seal-Jones is the nephew of Eric Dickerson. Ricky scored 28 and had 13 rebounds in Sealy's playoff win over Silsbee last year.

 10.
Teams seem to gel when district starts. This game could of had starters out, or any number of things.
According to my sources, both Navasota and Mexia were at full strength.
 11.
Didn't Silsbee blast Navasota the last time they played?
Silsbee played Navasota last year in Silsbee. Silsbee won 86-57. Here is the game thread: [Hidden Content]
 12.
Dayton cracked the Dirty Dozen for the first time in about a million years.  Way to go guys.
Actually, Dayton was in the poll a couple of weeks ago.
 13.
They have 2 gone for the holidays, one was kicked off after the splendora game for bad attitude, and 2 quite early on because they didn't play as  much as they wanted.
So they had 9 players on varsity up thru the Splendora game. What about temporarily moving 2 JV players up until those other 2 come back from being out of town?
 14.
Anyone know what Huffmans record is?
[Hidden Content] ::)
 15.
West Hardin travelled with 6 players, in the final minute they played with only 3 against 5.  2 fouled out & 1 got injured.
Why did they only have 6 to begin with?
 16. Final Coldspring      89 Woodville      42
 17. Final Lufkin Hudson  77 Diboll              57
 18. Final score from Columbus: No. 2 Ohio State 70, Lamar 50.
 19. Final Jasper        55 Kirbyville    44
 20. Stan Brown with a big dunk to get to 10 points. Cards trail 63-46 with 1:37 to play.
 21.
Ok that makes sense. Seems to be more of a depth problem than anything else.
I agree, this will hurt them depth wise more so than point production. Any way you look at it, this will hurt the Tigers some.
 22.

So Silsbee beat Anahuac by 80.  HJ struggled and only beat Anahuac by 70.... So I guess this proves that Silsbee is the clear 21-3A favorite.  ;D
:-X :-X :-X :-X
Not if the new kid is transferring back to P.A. AND averaged at least 10 rebounds and 5 points per game ;) In my scenario, you're losing that 10 point difference ;)
Thomas was averaging 7 points and 4 rebounds a game.
I am a little surprised her was averaging that many ploints a game.
He had a few games where he scored 10-12 points.
 23. Final media timeout from Columbus: 3:33 to play and OSU leads Lamar 60-43.
