Well, the good thing is that both schools will make the playoffs in these days and times. Lets see, its about 7 schools in the district, and 4 or 5 make the playoffs?
7 schools in 21-3A, 3 make the playoffs. 8 schools in 20-4A, 4 make the playoffs. ;)
I believe the surprise is Nederland's savior may be joining the varsity come Monday. At least that is the word on the street. Coach had an emergency meeting in an attempt to save the season. I hope it works. On another note, BD3 please thank your coaches for running the KATO offense the 2nd half last night. That KEEP AWAY - TURN OVER O sure helped us get back in the game. Your team had your foot on our throat, at halftime, and saved us from getting beat badly by employing the KATO. I'm not sure why you would want to slow down the pace for a slower less athletic team and allow the to climb back in it, but hey I'm not your coach. Maybe he had a bet and was trying to keep the spread down -- who knows  ;D  I too enjoyed watching your sons play last night. It was the first time I have seen them since last year. They are getting better every time I see them.
Nederland's savior? Emergency meeting to "save" the season? Get real. ::)

Very impressed (again). Ozen shot the ball very well in 1st half. 2nd half, Ozen only made 5 FGs. Other points scored were at the FT line. Hunter boys made 10/12 FTs in 4th Q.
Enjoyed the convo Abe  ;) :-X
Me too BD3! Now that we hugged it out, let's get back to trash talking! :D We will have revenge on our minds when we travel up to Ozen next month. But first, we gotta take down those Jags next Friday night! We're coming for ya Soulja! :)
That shouldn't be too hard to do. I saw where a 3A JV team beat Central this year. ;)
