What's the word on varsity start time?

There are many players from small schools across the state that have done well at the DI level. Yes, more so from big schools, but it's not a rarity like what the "hater from BC" states for a player from a 3A or below to do well at a DI school.

Good news. Grad is resting well in the hospital and so much so that to keep from being bored, he has his computer with him and will be updating the site tonight. Talk about dedication! Love me some Todd Broussard! So I will be attending a couple of games tonight. Grapeland at Big Sandy and WO-S at Silsbee. See you in the gym!

Being that some may consider me as a compulsive gambler, I guess the question is "how much do you believe"?

I see Hardin and Kirbyville having to play a play in game for final spot.

Not yet. He went in for check up yesterday and had a fainting spell. Wanted to keep him in hospital for observation.

Well I will have to stay home tomorrow night and man the site. WOSGrad has been hospitalized and will be out of commission for a couple of days. Prayers to our friend and prayers to me on getting the site updated.

If Kirbyville defeats Hardin Friday night, then Hardin has a 1 game lead with 1 game remaining. Hardin plays East Chambers and Kirbyville plays Anahuac in final district game. I would expect EC and Kirbyville to win those games therefore creating a tie with Hardin and Kirbyville for the final playoff spot. This would put those two teams having to play a play-in game for 4th seed.

Probably so but the Hardin/Kirbyville game is basically a playoff game. Also I really want to see Martinsville before the playoffs but dang that's a haul up to Wells on what could be a rainy night. Grapeland/BS looking more and more the play for Friday night.

Bi-District Jasper vs. Silsbee Monday, Feb. 12 7pm Kirbyville HS (unless of course the Jasper AD decides to forfeit this game)

If only there was a hospitality room like during the Big Sandy tourney. Then the decision would be an easy one.
