Nope, not a typo. I believe it's the first time ever two schools in the same district will have played a warm up game. Kind of a head scratcher.

Hempstead vs. Pollock Central Monday night, February 19, at Huntsville High School. Tip-off will be at 7:00 p.m.

There have been several playoff games at Silsbee since that game. Like I said, the administration really doesn't want to host a playoff game particularly when both boys and girls teams are still in playoffs.

No. 4 Tenaha (14-2) (1st/22) will face New Summerfield (4th/21) Monday at Central Heights HS at 6 p.m

Alto (3rd/21) will face No. 5 Shelbyville (26-4) (2nd/22) on Monday at Central Heights HS at 8 p.m.
