I think what's lost in all this is that Huntsville is just a very good team.

Based on what I saw last night, it's safe to say that Adams carries the ball 80-85% of Kountze offensive plays. Then plays full time on defense. He missed a big part of the 4th quarter due to cramping.

My take after watching the first half: This is probably the weakest Kirbyville team I have seen in years. No size, no depth. Going to be a long season for the Wildcats. Lumberton has good offensive and defensive line play. Good running game. Secondary is probably the weak link on this team. Also, without starting QB, passing game was not good. Hard to say how good Lumberton can be based off this game. Raiders probably got more out of the loss to Jasper than this win.

The one thing I came away with watching the 2nd half of this game from the sidelines was this: Can Kountze RB Adams last the whole season?

Of course there are better teams but that doesn't make a team to be bad. I picked Manvel to win but not once did I think Manvel would win because Crosby was a bad team. Crosby is very good, Manvel is good, just not THAT good.

Question, why would anyone think Crosby to be a bad team in the first place?

Taking k state at home getting 9.5, UCLA getting 30, Florida, USC and texas. Choosing to stay away from Clemson a&m game. Last Saturday I won 8 of 9 bets. Was a good day
