Not sure LCM ISD will have any thing to do with it. The parents and kids will have to deal with the police. The only upside to this was that the kids were not driving.
Again, just like the warrant, they will not make deals with someone without credible evidence or the evidence turns out to not be true, no deal. You need to take the BISD blinders off.
Lambert will probably be one, since they named her in the document as violating federal law. Wouldn't be surprised to see a former Super on the list as well.
If you haven't been to a drive in movie, there are still a few around. If you are in the Katy area, this one is pretty cool. You get two movies for the price of admission. $6 for adults and $4 for kids. They have playgrounds in front of the screens for the kids when the movie isn't on. Bring some lawn chairs and I would bring your own food they are a little high on the food prices.

It sounded like a plea deal to me, they only suspend him for three years if he agrees to sign the paper admitting to the allegations.
Check out point number 5 on the doc.

Now that's an apples to oranges comparison and you know it. Big difference between catching someone in bed with your daughter (who she at first claimed she didn't know) and catching her kissing her boyfriend on the porch. The guy was trespassing at 2:30 in the morning, in the girls room and she claimed she didn't know him. As far as the Dad is concerned this guy broke in and is assaulting his daughter. I would see it as reasonable to at least go get a gun at that point. After that the kid supposedly made a wrong move and got shot. That is only the real point of contention as far as I'm concerned.
