2.
This is a prayer my son gave me a couple of years ago. Dear Father in heaven, I praise and thank You for using the sport of Football to draw me closer to You. I want to play this game so it is not about me, but all about You. I need Your Spirit to be in total control of my thoughts, actions, emotions and words. Help me not to worship the sport, but to be thankful for the skills and interests you have given me and to use them for Your glory. Help me also to encourage my teammates toward growth and maturity with You. Guide our coaches in making wise choices and help them be the kind of leaders You want them to be. Please keep all players free from injury, according to Your will, and bring healing to those injured. Lord, I trust You to renew my strength in times of weakness so that You will be glorified in everything I do. Help me to praise You in victory and defeat. I love You and thank you for your love for us. I pray these things in Jesus name, Amen! Have a great season and stay safe.  Lets Go Pirates and all the young men for the up coming season.
I know this young man, and I'm honored to have him represent the Vidor Pirates, he's a young man of character that has his Priorities right and is respected by teammates and coaches alike. His prayer expresses an unconquerable spirit, real humility, strength of character and true sportsmanship. May GOD Bless each young men that step on the field and keep an arm of protection around them. Thanks for the post TITAN POWER!!!

Better not tell you now Kirbyville.........Concentrate and ask again Bridge City.......Reply hazy, try again Nederland........Cannot predict now Central...........Signs point to yes Port Neches-Groves..... Outlook good Texas High..........You may rely on it Ozen........... It is decidedly so Little Cypress-Mauriceville....... Without a doubt Lumberton........Yes Just having some fun with you guys ;D ;D
 23. Menard is a very important part of the Cards offense both mentally and physically, he is hard to stop because he can do so many things to hurt you, but I agree IF you can pressure him and get him out of his rhythm that's 90% of the offense, that's just how good this kid is. Hunter Clark 2nd team all district is a back that can and does get the job done. I don't know much about the O/L but it's up to them to give Menard time to do what he needs to do.
 24.
Out of the entire sch.the game I'm waitin for is the game w/King @our house.Even after playing reserves nearly the entire 2nd half and still scoring @ will we were taunted, cursed, displays of anger w/finger signals and a King coach grabbing a Dayt.player by the jersey.I want the broncos to kick a mudhole they'll remember a long time. Not nearly enuff ejections and the refs allowed to much to go on and on.
From one Vidor Pirate fan to all Broncos players........put a hurting on em baby...
 25.
At least two different maps refer to Courville Stadium that I have found so far refer to it as "The Rock." [Hidden Content] [Hidden Content] And here is a quote from a former player at Ball High: "When I played, we referred to Kermit Courville Stadium as "The Rock" because we felt that when teams came there, they were afraid, of the surroundings and of BHS." Perhaps all of those who claim that Coach Valastro is messing with tradition should learn what the tradition is first.
Thanks for the research grad, I would be willing to bet that's what coach Valastro is referring to with the word ROCK in the middle of the G, btw I like the design.
