Robinson has a better offense but Sweetwater's Defense has some real pursuit.

skipper reacted to BMTSoulja1 in Huge congrats to WO-S 'Stangs
I got the pleasure of seeing you guys in person and thought you were all defense, and I was wrong. You have a complete team and do it great in ALL phases of the game, including special teams. You're the last ones left, so gone 'head and get that title. Much respect coming from this Jag by blood, Tiger by relation!

Playing soft on their receivers got our tail kicked. The QB will roll and move the pocket on every pass play.
And Skip......if you are 76 years old........ congratulations. Lol I hope I make it that long and am still pulling for my Buckeyes!!!

After watching the film Gilmer vs Sweetwater, I found that Gilmer seemed not as good as they have been in the past on offense, and on defense. JMO. When you have a snake in your backyard, you have crush the head of the snake in order to stop it's movement.

A little something from Navarro coach...
Navarro head coach Les Goad said he has “never seen a faster, more fundamentally sound team” than the Mustangs.
“In 32 years of coaching, I’ve never coached against this much athleticism at any level,” he said. “We couldn’t establish our power plays because they wouldn’t let us lock up on blocks. And it seemed like every time the ball was tipped up, they found a way to catch it and take off.”

Good question. I would think they would leave on a Thursday. And get a room. Since the game is at 12:00. Personally I would want my players rested.

Cornel and company are the masters at preparing the defense. I know they will be ready. I just wonder if Cornel and Dan still compare notes.

They did just beat Gilmer 48-35. WOS will win but there is no way you can overlook a team that beats Gilmer by 13 points.
