And it wasn't really about Donald Trump, it was about the actions of the left, which will go on after Trump is gone, count on it.

The totalitarian impulse of the neo-Marxist Left is to suppress and silence political opposition using any means necessary. 
 
But here’s what we must understand: What just happened is not only about Donald Trump, and it will not stop with him.
 
The Left is not only waging legal warfare against Donald Trump. They are attempting to prevent half the country from having any say in the governance of our nation, and they have weaponized the legal system to ensure their success at any cost. 
 
They are already using our legal system to go after pro-life activists and patriotic Christians who defend religious liberty. The Deep State is spying on conservative parents and churches, treating them like enemies of the state. They have even gone so far as to compare caring parents to terrorists. 
 
The Left has repeatedly contested that conservatives are a threat to our democracy. Yet, they are the ones who are aggressively attacking our Constitutional Republic with blatant disregard for our fundamental rights. We cannot remain silent against such explicit tyranny.
 
Today's verdict is a clarion call for every God-fearing, America-loving Christian and our fellow citizens who believe in faith, family, and freedom to run, walk, or crawl, if necessary, to the polls this November.

I personally would have loved a different candidate.  I personally would have loved to see someone “electable” and someone that is more of a centrist.  However, when the choice is Biden vs. Trump it is such an easy bubble to color in on that ballot.  All kidding aside, our country as strayed from God and we are suffering the consequences of that.

How did Biden get into this conversation?  I thought we were talking about the conviction in the Banana Republic in the Burroughs of NYC.

The reporter for NBC was smiling (unable to hide) as she read the verdicts.  A certain poster which sports a red bird probably has already popped the champagne.  We’ll never hear the end of this.  It is not funny, it is not humorous, and this is really a travesty.  A porn star and an admitted perjurer as the two main witnesses can help achieve a conviction for a former president who is the current nominee for his party.  I could go on and on - but sadly this is our country’s direction.

This will be both team’s first trip to the state tournament.

I read your posts and agree on some things and disagree with some.  I guess my one question is (in your opinion) who should we vote for?  Third party candidates do not get elected.  Kennedy is only going to dilute votes which will benefit Democrats.  Write-in votes do not win elections and I’m not even sure they are counted in a presidential election.  Many people get on and express views and tell us what is wrong with X, but never give the answer for Y.  I am extremely sarcastic and passive-aggressive, but genuinely hope this post doesn’t come across that way.  Trump has my vote until someone persuades me otherwise (and I’m a Never Biden).  Had another R been nominated they would have had my vote.

I would have voted for third candidate if I could have. This was the lowest nastiest campaign on both sides that I can ever recall. The amount of money pushed into each candidate wreaks on influential corruption. I think it’s disgusting that this is our political world.
I think Phelan screwed himself with his failed attack on Ken Paxton. I also think the voucher topic had an influence on some voters. 

The greatest point on all of this, and exactly what makes it a great day in SE Texas is the commercials are over!!!!  Phelan wasn’t all bad, Covey wasn’t all bad, but by the end of it I would have voted for Brewster’s “None of the above!”  Politicians serve their own interests and everyone’s politician is bad (except for theirs of course).  I personally am for:
1) Higher fuel prices,
2) More taxes and restrictions on private property owners,
3) Cancelling student-loan and even credit card debt,
4) Covid restrictions (bring back masks)
5) Giving more tax money away to countries at war (except Israel),
6) Tearing apart the nuclear family
7) Supporting college kids to protest anything and everything they want with no consequences,
