But if it was up to me, I would promote Ira Brooks to the head coach position and make his son Jacob 1st assistant and be HC in waiting for a few more years till Ira retires. I do realize that neither are certified but I personally would make this exception and would be able to give time for Jacob to get certified. I believe Ira has earned it.
