Yeah, when my daughter was in Indianettes back in 2010-2012, her football locker boy was the son of a “infamous” PA police officer and he lived in the PNGISD section of Bent Tree apartments at the time…lol!

FYI, it was a targeting situation that he could have been. My info came from one of the strength coaches I spoke to Friday while watching PNG game. The announcers on the replay broadcast cleared up.

PAM was the best defensive team in the area.Holding teams to around 15 pts on avg. Saturday was the first time in awhile they gave up that many yards and points since game 2 of the season. Also this year, as a team, they did not get penalties like Saturday. Idk if the refs was calling ticky tack holding or actual holding. The false starts and offsides are very uncharacteristic. IMO, PAM run defense is one of the best in the state. Shut #22 down and we got a real shot. Also rb’s like him don’t do well against PAM defenses. He’s one of those bruising backs that you can’t let him gain momentum. Not saying he’s a Derrick Henry, but runs similar.

Bent Tree apartments located on Lake Arthur, had kids getting off a pnisd bus. Those apartments is about a mile from memorial high school. I live in Groves. 3 blocks to the west is paisd, but I’m zoned in pngisd. My daughter “lives” with my mom to go yo memorial lol

Sabine Pass is looking good. Knocked off two state ranked teams at HI tourney. They will enter the state rankings today. Going to go check them out at the Orange County tourney this week.

Huge congrats to Sabine Pass on winning the championship and the MVP Devin Roberts, that kid can really score it from all levels!!!!!

I’m not sure what will happen, I was just sharing my opinion on who the "right guy" is. Who knows what they’ll do, but I’m sure he’ll stay where he’s at. Still, I’d be trying HARD to get him if they want to get the program back on the right track.

They watched Orangefield play our second game on Day 1, so they brought in players that were not on their original roster for our game against them. At least three players on Day 2 were not there for Day 1. I was told they promised the Director they would be bringing only their local team or what they would refer to as their JV since they were a "Prep Academy" that recruits. Apparently they feared taking a loss in 3A/4A tournament, so we were told the other three players were from their National Travel Team, which consists of 3, 4, & 5 Star Recruits. The cussing, chirping, and tryin to start fights started even before tip off. (I've seen teams like this in AAU, but never in a UIL Sanctioned Game) This is typical when these kinds of teams are afraid of losing to a small school team, they try to scare players acting like they want to fight and pull all that mess. Our country kids aren't scared of anything but God and their Daddy's and Momma's though, lol. Their coaches were jawwing at our players while on the floor, and their players were goin at Whitmire as well. Their players were making sexual gestures at our players and fans in the crowd during the game, which was brought a step further when one of their coaches made the same sexual gesture at one of the Moms in the crowd. Cops were brought in, and Im honestly not sure why the game wasn't stopped unless it was a UIL need to let it finish. They were hands down the most classless and poor representation of a high school program that I have ever seen. I feel sorry for the parents of kids that are having to pay to go to school there. There Head coach was in the news and convicted of embezzling over a million dollars from his company just six months ago. (the players were showing me pictures from the news.) He is on probation, coaching his son's high school team, trophy hunting in a small school tournament. I'm biased, but I believe we still beat them if my son doesn't pull his hip flexor in the 2nd quarter. They were already getting in foul trouble and sending him to the line, which was the plan.

I would imagine mocks start coming out after they release the cutoff numbers. The past two realignments they have released the cutoff numbers on December 8th. Maybe we see them some time today.

I was born and raised here. Like I need you to tell me about chemical plants. Some people….lmao. Do you drive an EV? Then don’t complain. The topic was pipelines and how the Keystone was shut down by Biden, supposedly because they damage the environment. If they’re so bad, why are there an infinite number of pipelines. It was all designed to drive up gas prices and the demand (threats) to push EVs. Your president couldn’t tell you anything because he didn’t know his own name and someone else was running the show. Correct. No forfeit. Game goes down as a loss for Orangefield. Austin Prep was removed from tourney so that put Orangefield in championship game. Must have been some really bad stuff for them to get kicked out of the tourney on the second day. Would like to hear some details.

Definitely a winnable group. Need to take advantage of that first-game excitement and put Paraguay away early. Australia will be a war, whether we want it to be or not. Most likely Turkey in the 3rd game and take care of business

I wasn't told that they had to forfeit their win against us, but I do know they were told that they were not allowed to come back the following day due to multiple incidents involving their players and coaches.(I would think UIL would have to get involved for their win to be changed to a loss, correct?) Their removal from the tournament did put Orangefield back in the Championship Game against Jim Ned though.
