  1. Past hour
  2. Totally agree with fighting socialism. I am eternally thankful to Trump for defeating Hillary and Kamala just for that single fact. Here is another thing that seriously needs addressing.
  3. Call me anything you want, just don’t call me late for supper. Lol
  4. Exactly. Here's my go to when I want to change it up. Big Daddy's Beans (Yes, they call me "Big Daddy") Pound of pinto beans, anasazi beans (learned about these from @tvc184) or red beans. Pound of ground beef Pound of jalapeno sausage (I use my deer jalapeno cheese sausage) Large onion - yellow or white Can of rotel Pinto bean seasoning, tony's or some other season salt Garlic powder Black pepper 3 bay leaves Cook it like you cook beans normally - on the stove, instant pot, crock pot etc. Serve with some rice, cornbread and real butter. I have several bean variations, but this one is real good with the jalapeno sausage...
  5. I think the guy had a pretty good take for a MAGA supporter. I just wonder what will be left when Trump is not the face, and someone is needed to fight the socialists. Right now, he’s doing it with populism. Not sure someone else can carry that load the same way. The socialists are coming. And they’re coming hard and fast.
  6. Today
  7. Just something that popped up. I thought it was interesting in that politics is a dirty business. People sling dirt all the time. Trump can’t do that. People change their views, even parties, Trump can’t change his mind. All in all, it’s just a “get Trump” argument. Trump did something people don’t like…..shocker. Massie was not fired by Trump, he was voted out by Kentuckians.
  8. Didn't know there was any other way!
  9. Not try to spin nothing, Trump is out right lying in this clip and he knows it. What else does he lie about. I know it’s unimaginable that Trump would lie. lol I am sure the $30 million from outside interest that was poured into his opponent campaign had nothing to do with it either. Lol The most expensive house seat in American history was bought last night by outside interests. Congratulations! Heck even the Secretary of War Pete Hegspeth took a day off in the middle of a War with Iran to campaign for ole Ed. I have said before and I’ll say it again Special Interest, Lobbyists and the CIA run this country.
  10. He was on the team but barely played.
  11. Spin it how you want, but apparently his constituents though differently by a large margin. He didn't lose by a little, he got his butt kicked by almost 10 points....
  12. I don’t know that he’s pathetic. But, he definitely lied about Massie because of a personal vendetta. Again, he personally endorsed Massie in 2022. So, it’s a big, fat lie to say Massie was the worst ever. Unless he previously endorsed the worst ever. Yes. Some of the lies about the SAVE Act among other things were pretty blatant lies. Certain people also repeated them on this site, and spread them around without fact-checking.
  13. Congrats to him. Happens with success. Maybe he’ll have the success Chad Taylor from La Porte had when he went to Hardin last year.
  14. Per Matt Stepp: Kingsville names Port Arthur Memorial OC Marcus Graham as their next AD/HFC #txhsfb @dctf
  15. Basically, he’s almost quoting Machiavelli. The end justifies the means.
  16. Yes indeed -- alive and well!
  17. His dad was the HC, not Chad Taylor. Everyone knew that class his boy was in would be very good…
  18. Astros pitching is improving. In the first 30 games of season, Houston had a 6.2 team ERA. Last 20 games the ERA has been 4.2. Two run difference in ERA. That's a good trend. Now offensively, Houston was averaging a little over 5 runs a game in the first 30 games. In the last 20, run production has been 3.4 per game.
  19. This is an out right lie and embarrassing. This pathetic president has changed and not for the better. Smh
  20. Abreu keeps you on the edge of your seat. That was a close win and I will take it after the tough loss last night due to rainout.
  21. Wrong they don’t vote line item issues you just named. They roll it all into a big bill with a bunch BS spending and privacy overreach then sell it to you as an awesome bill to vote for. Lol
  22. Like his Dad, I'm not sure Rand Paul cares. He usually votes along with Republicans anyway in critical legislation if they need his vote. But, he does voice concerns and bring out issues. He's definitely not anywhere near aligned with the Socialists. Similar to me, he's the exact opposite. Rand Paul is a true small government, fiscal conservative, personal liberty, free market guy. We need people like him just like we need the Freedom Caucus. We need those voices. The current path is unsustainable, and everyone knows it. IMO, Trump would be better off focusing on Murkowski and Collins and listening a little more to Paul. But, Trump is going to have to support Collins. He can't lose the Senate seat. Now, he has a distinct possibility of losing Maine AND Texas. Even Bob Price of Breitbart Texas has stated that—according to their research—Paxton will have trouble with Talarico in the General.
  23. It won't be in 2028. Just like it hasn't been Bush's in many years. I'm happy a veteran with extensive Service was elected. I always think that's a good thing. But, I don't see him doing anything about the deficit. I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
  24. Trump's party! It's not Bush's anymore!
  25. I'm sure it was a warning! (Grin)
  26. Rand Paul isn't up for re-election until 2028.
