I think we have went over this. This didn't get noticed until 1/2 way through his first term. The Durham report showed some shady stuff, but nothing he thought could he criminal. Then there was 4 years of Biden admin. No one would seriously thought they would investigate Obama when they were busy trying to make Jan 6 worse than 911. Looks like the previous Democrat decided to investigate and founds some pretty damaging emails concerning what Obama knew.......

The issue I see is with any federal charge, a full pardon could be granted by a future POTUS. Like TH said, legacy may be the biggest impact. Legacy means a lot to these people. Income would be affected. Maybe some jail time until the next sympathetic POTUS. But, the cases would probably drag through the next election cycle.

Falsifying documents is a VERY serious charge. It seems this could be easily proven with the documents available. Much easier than a treason/sedition type charge which would tear the country apart. [Hidden Content]

It will be interesting. If nothing legal happens, the documents are there for the historians to tell how everything went down. I believe legacy's will be changed more than criminal charges. The only real chance we have is some lying to congress and that will get the low hanging fruit.... Now there is a possibility to get Durham to reopen his special council, since he investigated it originally and see if these documents add something that he could then prove some criminal acts....
