District is now 9-4A DI
-
At least this district (it's now 9-4A DI) won't have to face the Kilgore/Lindale/Chapel Hill district in the first round. Realignment now has them facing District 10 (FB Willowridge, Houston Austin, H. Northside, H. Sterling, Harmony and Stafford). I can see three maybe even all four teams advancing to 2nd round.

I think Babin has a good chance to be a starter at Baylor after a few years there with his talent, work ethic, and attention to detail. I actually think he has a decent shot at going pro eventually
-
Depends on how well the coaching staff adjust to him and the entire receiving core's absence. We have players that can fill in those holes nicely with a little tweak to the system but who knows what this coaching staff has in mind. Cant be too sure of anything right now but hoping for the best

“Playing for La Tech” does not override “1 million dollars at Baylor”. And no, a degree at La Tech is not “the same as Baylor”. Might be one of the more ridiculous things I have heard in this forum. **Also, no reason to think he will not play at Baylor.

One of the greats. Watched his show every week.

Did you play college ball.? Do you have a college degree.? I went to Lamar when it was Lamar Tech.
-
The point is that he would probably play for La. Tech may never start for Baylor. The degree at Baylor is probably not any better than La. Tech.

LOL. He would be "better off" getting "LA Tech degree" than getting a million $$ and a "Baylor degree". LOL!!!!!
-
as a high school athlete you are outstanding but just another athlete in college.-where is Barrier now? Luke would be better off signing with someone like Louisiana Tech, getting his degree while he is enrolled there. He has a close relative who has set a good example for him. You sign with a D1 school you will probably find 2 or 3 D1 QB ‘s setting on the bench.

True statement and no one has been arrested for it. They arrested the President of the United States of America 4X, charged him 91X, indicted him 4X, spied on his campaign, sabotaged his first term, jailed his supporters, raided his private residence, censored him, gagged him, tried to bankrupt him, and attempted to remove him from state ballots. When all of that failed they tried to assassinate him not once but two times. And they go on national television to talk about how we need to vote for them to save democracy. Jason D. Meister

Kavanaugh did not rule the EO was unconstitutional. Kavanaugh ruled it violated a previous Statute, and that Statute could be modified. But, the EO couldn’t take effect due to the Statute—not because of the Constitution or any Amendment. Justice Kavanaugh disagreed with the majority’s constitutional holding, but he concluded that Trump’s executive order violated a federal statute, 8 U.S.C. §1401(a). “Congress could—consistent with the Fourteenth Amendment—amend §1401(a) or otherwise enact new legislation establishing exceptions to birthright citizenship for children born to foreign citizens unlawfully or temporarily in the country. But Congress has not yet done so.” [Hidden Content] So, effectively, the ruling was 6-3 to deny the implementation of the EO. But, not because of the Constitution in Kavanaugh’s decision.
