Randy Smith's Tigers went 7-5 on the 2017 season which saw them reach the regional quarterfinals where they fell to eventual state champ Carthage. Meanwhile, Brandon Faircloth's Indians come off of a 10-2 2017 which saw the Indians also reach the regional quarterfinals.
