Appel just drank to much of Boras' kool-aid.
The money is getting tighter every year and you turn down $3.8 mil and now will be a senior.

I agree with Pats. It ain't Mills' fault.
This organization has screwed up so much in the last few previous years, with the draft or lack thereof, renting players, etc, that it is just going to take some time to turn it around.

Have to get pitching!!!!! Draft and/or trade. Trade will work sooner, don't think Mills will survive the draft route, takes too long. There is no help in their system.

Hitting is just as bad as the pitching to me! Keep getting prospects and I'm not sure what kind of money Crane wants the budget at but get young then sign a big free agents in a couple years when we get close.

I agree have to be balanced going into the AL West you have to be able to outscore both the Rangers and Angels along with being able to hold them down. Both the M's and A's have put together pretty good young pitching staffs as well.

Maybe today's trade will start to rebuild the farm system. My guess is they use Cordero for more prospects. Looks like they are rebuilding over reloading.
