Cayuga is a very young team with few seniors. They have a lot of freshmen starting in key positions. I'm going with West Sabine BIG in this one.......

Game will not be the blow out some people think. Cayuga coach plays second string more than most coaches once they get a lead. Cayuga was winning the Colmesneil game 28 to 0 at half time.

This game will be a complete blowout. Cayuga has a little speed, but can't come close to matching West Sabine. I"ll be sure to remind you of that Saturday night, Bulldog_467.

Regular season success is irrelevant in the playoffs. He is a freshman. He will handle the playoffs like any freshman. The only team that Cayuga has played this year with more speed than West Sabine is Alto. We all know how that one turned out. West Sabine will dominate this game from the opening kick.

This will not be a blowout.... last time i checked anything can happen don't you think? Just ask the Gilmer Buckeyes! Anyways Colmesneil wasn't all that great anyways from what i saw that night they let a bunch of "freshmen" run all over them.. and besides who can beat Alto? Colmesneil? ummmmm noooo... we did have 150 rushing yards against Alto compared to Grapeland's (-75) but of course we didnt win.... I think this game should be pretty good..... prolly would take West Sabine because tha BYE will hurt us i believe... but who knows any given friday anything can happen predictions are predictions not always wrong but not always right.. I might just go to THIS game to see West Sabine kick the snot out of Cayuga. It definitely won't be one of the best games of the weekend....

I have the greatest idea Colmesneilfan. When the next realignment rollz around maybe the UIL could put Colmesneil, Chester, Sabine Pass, Oakwood, and Karnack in the same district. Maybe u guys would finally be considered "winners"

I have seen both teams play and if West Sabine can hang on to the ball(they haven't done that very well) this will not be a very close game. Both running backs and the qb are extremely fast. Groveton, Grapeland, and Lovelady had their hands full with those 3, if not for turnovers they had a chance in all 3 games. Without turnovers I'll say WS-35 Cayuga-14, but the turnovers are one of the reasons we play. If Cayuga plays hard and can force some turnovers, it can be a good game.
