Is Natalie Hagar's name missing off of the first team All District list?

Odd she would be MVP (most deserving) and not on the list..

Hager is MVP which is a distinction greater than first or second team.  The girls earning the superlative distinctions are not listed again on first or second team.  District 38 girls have been doing All District this way for many years.

Not knowlegable of the way UIL is run, being following TAPPS the past 4 years, but when I went to the actual web site and saw the Superlative distinctions it became clear to me. Thanks.
