He substitutes his players constantly-especially at end of games when the game is on the line.As far as talent goes for the next 4-5 years, just look how many games the JV and freshman teams have lost all year-3(that's both teams together)!!!! Before then, NEVER!!! since he left, not ONE playoff appearance!!Nederland had not made the playoff in 15 years until he arrived.
