what team has the best defence?

to me it would be jasper they middle is stong and they right but they left is weak. they just need to play ever game hard.

Too many goals given up, and yeah it takes a whole team to mess up to give up a goal but still. Plus there is already a thread about this. **defense**

Yes that is right they do give up to many goals.but if they could play right i think they could have number one.but it's to late for that.

IMO in that district..

3A - HJ has the best defense - given up way fewer goals than Silsbee or Jasper
4A - Probly Lumberton - Given up very few goals at all

I dont know a lot about the other district, but if i had to make a guess it'd be..

3A - HF
4A - Nederland

HJ definitely does a good job of keeping it close against teams that are blowing everyone else out.

Vidor - 5
Livingston - 3
Lumberton - 8
Liberty - 3
HJ - 1
Silsbee - 2

22 Goals allowed in 5 games... Obviously Jaspers Defense is the best..  ???

14 goals allowed in 6 games..

Seems like Jasper tended to give up alot more goals to the top teams (Vidor and Lumberton).. Seems like a solid defense would be able to contain these teams a little better.. And i Believe HJ has won the same number of District games as Jasper has..

hj doesnt play cheap.. things happen in games and in our game against them when they did happen i was apologized too... sounds like a very cheap team to me  ::)... hj's D is very good just gotta watch them thru balls  ;)

i've seen HJ play 5 games this season, and haven't seen a "cheap" play yet.

Alright Soccer, you need to clarify which team you are referring to, whether it be men or women, because yes the women's team is solid, I'm pretty sure Nederland has a more solid defense on the men's side.

So does Jasper or Silsbee have a better defense than HJ?

HJ had a very off game against vidor, and vidor played very well, but generally IMO HJ's defense holds teams alot better than Silsbee or Jasper
