Not saying they're the best but Dayton is pretty salty.Could be even better if a couple of the big quick OL players played some D.I'm thinking the next 2 games will have a few new wrinkles added.

I gotta go with PN-G, but I know that Central's Def. is really tough too! I give the edge to PN-G because of all the turn-overs that they have created. Total at last count was  +22 after 8 games. That's pretty tough!

PNG team creates turnovers 1-2 tackle while another pulls at the ball (gang tackle), i definetly believe that they could bail us out in a tight one, keep others from coming back from being down

BTW: "D" should be well rested they didnt have alot of time fri alot of 3 and outs

After the L-town vs PNG game Friday night, Hands down PNG. I am a Raider fan and was very impressed with PNG on both sides of the ball, but their defense is the best i have seen all season.Good luck to PNG! I know you will represent SE Texas well in the playoffs :)

[/quote]Actually, if you can contain ns's ground attack and create some turnovers in the game you'll be in good shape, because they fumble a lot and the QB isn't a good passer.

WHat makes a great defense... Im going to take the Pitsburgh steelers formula... Stops the run and contains the pass, blitz and gets to the QB and creates Turnovers when they need them... CHeck Check Check check... Crosby D is ferocious... ask Viverette, or Ploch, how hard those cougs hit...

OKAAAAY so were was this NFL caliber Defensive team when the NDN's put it on the Cougars ? If I remember right the NDN's stomped on the Cougars offense all night.
