Former Silsbee standout leaves A&M

Former Tiger William Morrisey, all-state and Willie Ray Smith winner, has taken a leave of absence from the Aggie football team. Siting personal reasons, Morrisey has left indefinetly. As to when or if he comes back this year or if ever, remains to be seen. Let's hope William can get things taken care of and get back to playing ball.

yea i remember seeing him play a few years back at silsbee. he looked like a man playing with boys. i wish him the best.

I hope someone can help him. He has so much talent. It would be a shame to not see him on Saturdays.

The kid lost some desire. He ballooned up weight wise and resembled nothing like his hs days.
