argentina88
Lady Tigers looked impressive first half against Lady Dawgs. I was not expecting that from them. 1 - 0 Lady Tigers at half. Lady Tigers have some great talent up front. After 2 PK's second half, Tigers lost heart and let Dawgs run away with 3 points. Immature Tiger defense seemed to give up. Lady Dawgs methodical as always.

DontStab
Final score 11-1 with the Dogs on top. Nederland looked good. Chemistry was there for the most of the game and I gotta say that they've got a lot of depth and didn't lose a beat off the bench. JV won big and looked solid as well. KFDM COOP
Bulldogs wallop Silsbee 11-1 HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER The Port Arthur News NEDERLAND -- When Silsbee visited Nederland a year ago, the Tigers escaped Bulldog territory with a 4-3 win that severely harmed Nederland's playoff ambitions. The Bulldogs certainly had no intention of allowing a repeat result to occur on Tuesday night at Bulldog Stadium. Thoroughly dominating shots on goal, 42-5, Nederland barked out an 11-1 triumph over Silsbee after commanding a 4-0 halftime advantage. "I think we're playing much more of Nederland soccer now," said a pleased sixth-year head coach Rob Bledsoe after the Dogs improved to 4-2 and 2-0. Junior goalkeeper Tyler Vidrine played virtually three-fourths of the game in the net and delivered a shutout over his 60 minutes. Two of Bledsoe's forwards, sophomore Jordan O'Neill and junior Garrett Raines, delivered two goals apiece. Junior forward Ryan Washburn, last year's 20-4A newcomer of the year, produced one goal and three assists. Seniors Logan Butler and Hunter Turk added one goal and two assists each. Other lone-goal scorers included Brent Salenga, Jake Kemp, Bey Calloway and Hector Garcia. Miles Lawler also produced an assist. Nederland will visit Little Cypress-Mauriceville on Friday at 7 p.m.
