To follow up on the Jasper/Diboll scrimmage. Based on the video posted:

Jasper 1st team scored 2 times, 2nd team 1 time

Diboll 1st team never scored, 2nd team scored 1 time.

And Jasper intercepted the ball 3 times.  Wasn't bad.  Definitely looked like a work in progress.

Thanks for the info. I don't know much about Jasper or Shepherd but I have always been a fan of coach T. You know normally I am the first one to get out on the sidelines for a scrimmage but age must be sneaking up on me because this week 
I thought to myself. Aye let it go I will get out there next week. 

I have talked to my friend Tom Halliburton. He's pretty wrapped up in the mid city to Beaumont stuff but we still share a word every now and then. I've known him ever since we were in high school and he had a regular jig working for the Southwest Times Record which was the second largest paper in Arkansas. He covered the winners locker room in the national championship game in 1969. 

A lot of football and other sports has taken place since those days.

Beau Breeden, transfer QB from Lumberton who played JV last year, has not played a live snap yet. The QB that started the scrimmage was Morris, who also starts at LB on defense. Mathews, the soph., was the other QB that came in to play.

Breeden is not cleared for contact just yet.

That makes sense because Morris lined up at full back and line backer and played qb. Okay we will see how Breeden looks. because he looked pretty good last year
