That will be the latest you know, a lot of times stuff is announced before board approval.

No timeline yet. We are in process of building our new hs that should be done December 2026. I have done all the leg work to price the start up costs out. If I could start it immediately I would but the start up costs are the biggest hurdle when starting from scratch. It is my goal and mission as AD here to have it built the right way. It would start 7th first and then build up and add slowly.
