With Randle and IC going up to 5A D1 and Marshall's talent pool diluted, I don't see anyone standing in the way of PN-G in reg 3

PNG's toughest competition in Region 3 will be Bastrop, FB Crawford, and maybe Montgomery and Huntsville.
