AggiesAreWe Posted Tuesday at 09:53 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 09:53 PM Playoff spots on the line in this one. DCTF has HJ as a 1 point favorite. I like the Hawks in this one, 24-21 Quote
CCRed Posted Tuesday at 11:24 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 11:24 PM The Huffman head coach needs to run the QB more. He had his way with Vidor when he rushed the ball. BBtater984 and AggiesAreWe 1 1 Quote

Old Bald Man Posted Friday at 12:42 PM Report Posted Friday at 12:42 PM I'm going to take Huffman. Its a better match up for the Falcons this week. Quote
Wise_one Posted Friday at 02:43 PM Report Posted Friday at 02:43 PM Idk why, but this feels like a must win to me for HJ. I know mathematically they can lose and still get into the playoffs, but beating Lumberton in Lumberton will be tough and for some reason I don’t quite trust them yet and am worried they get upset by either Vidor or Liberty. If they come out and play like it’s a must win and limit penalties, I like them winning 28-14 tonight. Quote
whodat22 Posted Friday at 03:53 PM Report Posted Friday at 03:53 PM I would have thought that HJ would have been a power by now...they have great competitive kids on a regular basis. I always thought that would be a good job. Quote

If HJ is good enough to beat Huffman there is not much of a chance they will lose to Vidor and basically no chance they lose to Liberty. Huffman blanked Liberty 42-0 and was up 52-24 in the 4th before emptying the bench and allowing 14 more points to make it look competitive against Vidor. Huffman looked awful against Lumberton and I understand that's why some people are thinking HJ should win this game. I just hope for the first time this year Huffman pulls their head out and actually plays up to their potential because they really should be a lot better than they have been so far. bullets13 1 Quote

Hard to tell because the broadcast quality was bad last night but it looked like he had around 150 yards and 3 touchdowns on the ground. Quote
