Nederland's 3rd straight 4A matchup; and second straight 4ADII.  Probably another close one, but I'm thinking Silsbee, and perhaps not as close a game as last season's game in Nederland.

Should tell us alot more about where the dogs stand. Silsbee has been consistently solid for some time now. IMO the jury is still out on the Lumberton and WOS wins. Tigers should take this one.

If Nederland is a heavy run team i like our chances. We struggle defending the pass. Silsbee will also have to clean up turnovers and penalties

Silsbee 21- Nederland 13 , this will be fast game, both teams try to establish the run .. we can score better than Nederland  , we have to clean up the turnoves, we turn it over 7 times vs them we will lose

Silsbee.nederland want be able to run.and there passing isn't good.silsbee QB gonna give them a lot of problems.

The X factor is Silsbee’s passing game. Run defense has been good for Ned, and I don’t expect them to struggle too much unless Silsbee can keep the ball moving through the air. We haven’t yet had to see how Ned deals with a strong qb. I think this one will be higher scoring just because I think Nederland is going to figure out some more offense, but I’m going with Silsbee, 38-31.

Low scoring affair, I think.  Big Ned's defense is pretty good, I hear.  Have not seen them yet.  QB and RB will settle in.  If the o line can open some holes, Ned wins on the road.  14-7 Nederland.  Come on Dogs make me a profit.
