Trump Running in 2024

The promising career of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has taken a beating since he decided to run against President Donald Trump for the Republican nomination. Now, credible rumors are being reported by corporate media sources (which is an oxymoronic statement, I know) that DeSantis is preparing to drop out after losing the Iowa caucuses a week from Monday.

If true, it would be the first step toward salvaging his future prospects for a possible 2028 run.

It's bad when you have the best republican (desantis) get put to shame by a life long Democrat (Trump)... R's are dumber than D's, this election is a lock with the right candidate for the Republicans but of course they're willing to gamble.. 4 more years of D's in charge, and yall are quick to say low info voters.. but 2028 it should be DeSantis? Yeah ok

Trump is only single digits ahead of Haley in NH.

I said it previously.  Michelle Obama will put herself in the race if Trump wins GOP.  Once again giving the Democrats the White House.
Never Trumpers and Independents will vote Michelle Obama and it would energize the Democrats.
I am pulling for Nikki and believe she is our best chance at getting the White House back.

Maybe a week ago…..

It’s almost over in NH.

Then the snowball will start growing as it rolls downhill.

Megyn Kelly on Trump's VP pick & why she doesn't think Tucker Carlson and MAGA voters will like it.   Kelly knows that Trump needs the moderates and independents if he’s going to win, and Haley would bring that voting base with her.

🤦‍♂️

Stop pandering Nikki say the hard truth….a truth she knows…….”a man CANNOT become a woman”

If that’s what it takes to win moderates and independent voters…. The problem lies with moderate s and independent s.

So this is what it’s come to….believing lies and non truths.

my goodness our standards have falling. let’s keep lowering our standards….do we not see what that gets us….

Real men and women stand up for truth.
i don’t want Nikki to have any help in path for 2028 or beyond.

To the point of picking Vi…… having to win over moderate and independent…..

how did trump win in 2016?…..because pence surely didn’t help with winning said voters

If Trump wins this time it will be the same reason as he won in 2016…… because the Democrat machine chose their insider candidate, who was horrible.

Notice that Trump didn’t win with Pence in 2020.

Agree, as soon as the democrats figure out they need to pick a smooth talking shyster like a young bill clinton, the squishy moderates and fickle independent voters will be theirs, they won't even have to cheat.

Nikki Haley allegedly cheated on husband with lobbyist AND comms consultant prior to SC governorship.

Lobbyist Larry Marchant Jr and Haley's communications consultant, Will Folks, admitted in signed affidavits that they had both, on separate occasions, had affairs with the then-future governor.

    • Will probably be released by the Democrats come September.  Sound familiar?
    • Sure.  You reassign an employee and they leave voluntarily instead of being fired and being open to litigation.  The outcome is the same, but you are making my point.  The superintendent and AD and principal are all empowered to make personnel decisions.  Instead of accepting the decision made, you talk about lawyering up, no one else was reprimanded, railroad job.  I am old enough to remember when high school sports taught life lessons...accountability being chief among them.
    • I know absolutely nothing about the situation, but I do know head coaches of sports other than the AD have actual teaching assignments, and I know from my wife having worked in the sped department of multiple schools that it’s not uncommon at all for coaches to shirk those duties.  It could very well be that this was the case at BC.  Or not, I don’t know.  Just bringing this up to point out the fact that, although many coaches only want to worry about coaching, they generally have several other responsibilities at the school.  some of them neglect or ignore these duties entirely.  If he’s been written up for other issues before, it’s a dumb argument to say “he was punished for this and others were not”.  If he had a pile of write ups in his file and they did not then it makes sense that the punishments were different.
    • He wasn’t fired, he was reassigned and people get reassigned all the time. If he was actually fired, then you would have a point, but he wasn’t fired. Based on the information presented here no way this would stand if they fired him and he lawyered up.
    • I heard the assistant was going to get this job and assume it was referring to the old Vidor coach, Nate Smith.  I always thought he did more with less at Vidor and can't help but think he shares some responsibility in Vidor's recent success.
