There are no more playoffs in the Astrodome? I remember in the late 90's going to watch several teams, LCM and Nederland playing in the dome.

I miss the Dome as well.

At least you know you are going to get your game in.  I would love to see teams start using it again. Just being in that place brings back a lot of great memories.

i played in the dome in 1999 and it was terrible the turf sucked and there are gaps in the ground but it was a pretty cool experience

We were there in 97 at a Baseball Factory tryout, I was surprised at the condition of the astoturf. We were allowed full acess to the dome except the players locker room while we waited. As a dad it was way MORE than pretty cool.

You wouldn't want to go to games in there now, the place is a dump inside,

plus it's soon to become a hotel/entertainment complex.
