Nederland vs GCM

Has GCM ever played a game with #12 at QB, #3 & #10 at WR and #21 at RB?  Based on what I saw against Lumberton in the 4th quarter, that could be a pretty good offense

Thats how it started. #12 only looked and through to #10. The Running game was completely taken away as the opposing defense didn't have a worry in the world that the qb could run and totally took 21 out of the run game.

I think it could still work if they changed their philosophy. It seems to me that they're either throwing the ball deep of behind the line of scrimmage for a screen. With the speed of #10 and #3 I would live by the old Steve Spurrier adage of hitting the reciever moving forward and use more quick slants.

#3 played QB for most of the LCM game. (GCM was 1-1 at the time.)

I think it comes down to our ability to protect the QB. The o-line is not very physical and pass protection has been a sore spot. Running a counter and option type of offense has given us the best chance to win against most teams.
