Doctor Recommendation

It appears my Son hurt his quad muscle on his left leg. Stretching has really not helped, so I would like to get more advice than from a trainer just to be on the safe side. Can anyone recommend a doctor good in that field?

Johnston is now affiliated with Christus St. Elizabeth's.Make sure you check your insurance coverage as you may end up paying not only for a dr. Visit but also a hospital charge also.  I Know the last time we used him for my oldest son it ended up costing me quite a bit more.I have heard the same thing from friends also. Nothing against Jack because he is a good DR. Just check so there are no surprises.

As I understand, all soft tissue injuries are preventable.  Stay hydrated, stretch well, and do not put things in your body that is not good  for it.  (i.e. Beer, smoke, pills, etc.)  This is what a trainer for the Texans told me.  Wonder what Arian Foster is doing to continue to get injured.

I am not saying your son is doing any of those things, just what I was told.  I am certain that the doctor is going to say, "As tolerated, ice and rest."
