Chester86
Best of luck to both teams on their game tonight at Minute Maid Park. What an experience, and what memories these boys will make tonight. Congratulations to the coaches and the community for making this happen. What a way to start your season. Have 2 Gladiator players facing each other, Caleb Edmonds (Anahuac) and Kelby Weyler (Warren). Wish I could make this one, but will be in Woodville supporting those Evadale Rebels in the basketball playoffs.

aTmfan06
Why are two teams in the same district playing each other this early? Just curious
GCMproud
They both wanted to play at Minute Maid and it just happened. They needed an opponent or the the game wouldn't be played. Have a great time guys.

warparty
Despite the loss, we had a great experience. This will highlight many of the boys careers. On a sidenote, I would have thought Minute Maid had a heating system. It was cold inside there.
aTmfan06
Anahuac might be better than some ppl thought
Javelina
I saw Anahuac play a few times last year and they were real young but they were competitive and never quit. The new coach might have found out a way to make them more competitive.
88Warrior
This district will be competitive from top to bottom...
GCMproud
If the parents there in Anahuac give him a chance, Coach Roecker will have those boys ready to play each night.
