Normangee vs Colmesneil at Normangee

This is the district opener for both teams. Normangee got off to a slow start at the beginning of the season, dropping their first 3 games. But, they come into this matchup on a 2 game win streak. Colmesneil comes in to the game still looking for their first win of the season.

 

Both of these teams should compete for a playoff spot in this district. So, getting that first district win is going to give one of these teams a leg up on making a playoff run.Both teams though should be fresh after having their bye this past week. However, it is a long ride from Colmesneil to Normangee and that could play a factor in the game.

 

But, it appears that Normangee is starting to click offensively and Colmesneil is still struggling to find its offensive rhythm. This game could be close, but I feel the home field advantage will give Normangee a slight edge. Who do you got?

I think colmesneil is healthy again! That being said I still think Normangee is to much for the bulldogs!

Normangee should take this one with ease. Colmesneil has had a hard time stopping anybody. Normangee likes to pass the ball and with young DBs on the field for Colmesneil the QB should have himself a game. Hopefully Colmesneil can get some offense going in the right direction before a big game with Evadale next Saturday.
