Baytown Christian will not be playing Apple Springs.  Apple Springs cancelled because they felt that the game would not be competitive for either team.   Baytown Christian will be playing Medina.  Apple Springs picked up some cupcake.

The AS coach is a stand up guy. I'm sure he has the best interest of his team in mind.

Is Baytown Christian really good or bad?

Baytown is good this year. They will probably go second round of playoffs. They're big and extremely football skilled and smart for a 6man squad. I personally love when 6man teams can run an 11 man like offense and that's what they do. Apple springs is just bad this year.

Stand up people do not cancel in the middle of the season on a team.  You make an agreement to fulfill the obligation.  Cancelling on a team because you are going to get your head beat in is not what I would consider "stand up."  Imagine how you would feel if your team and or kid did not get to play in a game because the other team cancelled.  Luckily Baytown Christian was able to find another game to replace it.  They only have to drive to San Antonio to play it.

I'm not completely sure, but I think it is a home-school team from the Marshall area.

I would think that the Baytown coach would have had to agree to cancel the game.  I doubt the AS coach just called and said don't come.
