Indianforever Posted September 1, 2014 Author Report Posted September 1, 2014 WOS 36 PNG 17 Do you really think y'all are going to hold PNG to 17 pts? PNG Proud 1 Quote
Indianforever Posted September 1, 2014 Author Report Posted September 1, 2014 Buddy I think it's going to be PNG by at least 14..PNG's receivers are very good this year and they are big! Quote
Indianforever Posted September 1, 2014 Author Report Posted September 1, 2014 PNG has a tough non district schedule and after Friday nights performance I think they will be 3-0 come district time Quote
badndn Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 I'll settle for a 1 point win and healthy folks. That DLine is gonna give our young OLine a heck of a test. Gasilla 1 Quote
Gasilla Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 Good post bad. I think that will be the crucial point where the individual match ups will be the deciding factor. If our defensive backs can cover long enough for our DLine to get pressure it will change the game. PNG throws a ton of screens that I think will be negated by our speed. I think they will need to throw downfield which takes time to develop. Quote
Indianforever Posted September 1, 2014 Author Report Posted September 1, 2014 I agree with you gasilla...it's going to be a great game and come down to who can execute and also who can make the better adjustments at halftime Gasilla 1 Quote
skipper Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 pn-g will put a ton of presser on west orange qb count on it if thay cant presser him be a long night he is still in dream land from Friday night Quote
stangx2 Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 This should be a great test for the PNG passing game vs the elite secondary of WOS. Intrested to see if the young man under center for WOS last night will still be under center next Friday night. All the talk after the Rutledge incident was about the WOS JV QB. Hard to pass when your on your back. That is what WOS will try to do. Mr. Dallas is our Qb, that is a done deal. It will be very close game. Got to go with my Stangs 14-13. But, i have to admit i would not be surprised to see PNG on top. These are two outstanding teams. WOS is trying to get to the level we were last year and I don't think we are quite there yet this early but we will be. The special teams may decide this one. Gasilla 1 Quote
chukslegacy Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 WOS defensive team speed will play havoc on PNG offense! Just watch and see! skipper 1 Quote
skipper Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 this is going to be fun to watch you can count on that. tuesday at practice lets see what coaching staff did there homework Quote
skipper Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 PNG 35 WOS 14 PNG 35 WOS 14 all scores come by the way of passing Quote
outanup Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 Last week would have been better but, the injuns are catching the stangs at the best possible time to hand them a loss. Still going with the stangs.......21-17 Quote
robanadana Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 Gonna be a good one. PNG's offense against WOS defense....battle of the acronyms! Quote
IT'S IN THE BONE Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 PNG...wins this game...PNG will test WOS QB and in turn I think struggle. Both obviously great programs, but PNG will prevail PNG 24 WOS 17 Quote
robanadana Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 WOS always impresses. 500 kids in school and can play any team, any time. Eventually they'll be 1A and the UIL won't let them play up anymore. chukslegacy 1 Quote
MrUmp1 Posted September 2, 2014 Report Posted September 2, 2014 I am looking forward to what i expect is a full house on both sides for the first time in a long time at Dan R Hooks stadium. skipper 1 Quote
GroverCleveland Posted September 2, 2014 Report Posted September 2, 2014 A ripe year for the Indians to beat WO-S. Biggest problem for the Indians will be passing against the Mustangs very athletic secondary. Biggest problem for the Mustangs will be a sophomore QB being successful against the Indians D. Low scoring game here, and surprised by those who think the Indians will score more than 30. PN-G 17 WO-S 7 Quote
