  1. Yes, I know. He said Silsbee will get a look at what it will be like in round 4. That's why I said semi's because he mentioned Silsbee and they will be DI.
  2. Round 4 would be the semifinals and the winner of region 4. Who are you thinking that may be?
  3. I said Earlier this week that HF would match up well against the SHS running attack. I guess that held true. It's always about the match ups. I'm sure some think that SHS will match up well against us with the big old line and they will come right at us. It's no secret what our weakness has been the last couple of years. Will it be the same this year? I guess we'll see on Friday. I'm sure SHS thinks they can push us around.
  4. Here is the box score according to the Enterprise: SHS/HF First Downs 10 13 Rushes - Yards 30 - 153 21 - 191 Comp-Att-Int 4 - 8 - 0 2 - 8 - 3 Passing yards 31 9 Punts-avg. 4 - 42.0 4 - 37.0 Fumbles-lost 2 - 1 3 - 2 Penalties-yards 3 - 30 3 - 40
  5. I think SHS will win Bi-District pretty easily. I don't know who they will have after that.
  6. Don't think those actions will go unnoticed.
  7. The coaches said a lot, but no one was listening. Home cooking at it's finest...
  8. I also heard it was their AD doing the announcing. I don't know if it was for sure, but if it was, that is extremely weak.
  9. Two words BUSH LEAGUE!!
  10. Well, that explains the 8 minute qtrs. It does not explain why they didn't stop the clock.... EVER! It also doesn't explain why the PA announcer was calling out our plays over the speakers as the ball was snapped either... "WO-S running a reverse" before the play even develops. Nice freakin job!
  11. After going back over the numbers, those are pretty close to being correct... my bad...
  12. I don't think those number are accurate. I think he went off of the numbers posted on another post and those weren't accurate either. I'll give you the actual numbers for the top 5 on his list as soon as I have a chance.
  13. I've had the same with a WO-S coach...
  14. According to the Enterprise, using data from all of their games. Central is giving up 101 yards per game on the ground and Dayton is at 135.5.
  15. Well, that ONE school is going to have to get some continuity with their coach and allow someone to BUILD a program and not deal with what they've inherited from the last temporary resident. The only way this will happen is with patience from the fan base AND the school board.
  16. Judging JV teams can be tricky. If the JV is successful, but are made up of predominantly Juniors then that doesn't necessarily translate into a succesful varsity. If they are predominantly Sophomores, then they could translate into success. I agree with someone earlier who posted that it's best to keep an eye on the freshman teams, if they are all kept together, which most schools do.
  17. WO-S players and coaches are very well aware of the potential that HJ presents and will not be taking them lightly as some fans from other schools are predicting. Anything can happen on any Friday and they know that HJ will be coming at them with all they've got. It should be a great game.
  18. Bevil vs Dayton 11-17-0 for 163 yards and 2 TD's Dayton QB 4-18-1 for 62 yards and no TD's
