  1. Hup, to answer your question, yes, Bevil does go to receiver in those situations. He is a good receiver as well. The kid that was playing QB those few times is J. Franks. He can throw it too, he just didn't the other night. He is like 4-4 w/ 2 TD's this year. He doesn't throw a lot, but when he does it is usually a big play.
  2. That sux, I was looking forward to seeing the veer tonite...
  3. I agree, LH would be a tough one... and another Wing-T team.
  4. It is true that Dayton did have a few good runs against WO-S, but I really don't see the correlation with that being, in some way, a sign that SHS will have success. Dayton scored 9 points. If SHS scores 9 points, I am pretty sure they are beat. Plus, SHS has not played anyone even close to the caliber of Dayton. The only team you could even consider anywhere close would be PNG who lost 42-0 to LCM, another team WO-S beat handily. I truly expect this to be a tough game, but I expect it to be that way because I'm certain SHS will have the best game they have had all year. I don't expect the turnovers that they've been having. I expect this to be a well played, hard nose game. I DON'T think what either team has done to this point against anyone else matters. It will be about WO-S stopping the dive play and the big O line and about Silsbee finding a way to stop WO-S' wide open offense.
  5. Question... why do you think Silsbee will be able to do that this week when they couldn't last week against HF?
  6. Me too, I have a feeling that Arizona is going to take Chicago OUT!!!
  7. I vote we do it after the game. I have to pick Christian up in Houston and will be pushing it trying to get back for the kickoff.
  8. WO-S, they are 6-0 w/ 2 shut outs and giving up only 6.5 points per game.
  9. WO-S: Rush- 1,077 yds 15 TD's Pass- 1,107 yds 18 TD's That's about as balanced as it gets...
  10. Yes, I know. He said Silsbee will get a look at what it will be like in round 4. That's why I said semi's because he mentioned Silsbee and they will be DI.
  11. Round 4 would be the semifinals and the winner of region 4. Who are you thinking that may be?
  12. I said Earlier this week that HF would match up well against the SHS running attack. I guess that held true. It's always about the match ups. I'm sure some think that SHS will match up well against us with the big old line and they will come right at us. It's no secret what our weakness has been the last couple of years. Will it be the same this year? I guess we'll see on Friday. I'm sure SHS thinks they can push us around.
  13. Here is the box score according to the Enterprise: SHS/HF First Downs 10 13 Rushes - Yards 30 - 153 21 - 191 Comp-Att-Int 4 - 8 - 0 2 - 8 - 3 Passing yards 31 9 Punts-avg. 4 - 42.0 4 - 37.0 Fumbles-lost 2 - 1 3 - 2 Penalties-yards 3 - 30 3 - 40
  14. I think SHS will win Bi-District pretty easily. I don't know who they will have after that.
