I can see the difference Obama made….. My health insurance policy went from almost $500.00 a month to almost $2000.00 thanks to the unaffordable health care act. You’ve never heard me praise Bush try again. Quit trying to change the subject of what good the D’s have done the last 10 years.  Heck the country could have went on autopilot an corrected itself after the stock market crash when bush was in office. The stock market went from 7900 to 19,000 while Obama was in office. Trump took it from 19,000 to over 30,000 while he was in office. That’s like taking over a NFL team that went 0 and 16 the previous season then getting them to 8 and 8, whoopty do! Hell all you can do is go up. Lol. Try taking over a team 8 and 8 an get’em them to 15 and 1 or 14 an 2. Now that’s what I call results. To set the record straight I don’t worship D’s, R’s, or Presidents. I am a independent conservative who admires results an Trump produced them. That’s why this thread was started. Ignore that fact all you want.

I believe you are correct, inflation, high prices etc can be fixed over time... women believe you are taking away their rights and they will get out and vote big time coming up

No, this ruling gave them something else to be upset about besides gas prices. 
 
The problem is this. You lack the ability to see anyone’s point of view but your own and dismiss them as inferior because they don’t match yours. 
 
Newsflash… there are two sides to every argument and both are usually right on some levels. 
 
There are a lot of dudes in here with some really strong convictions that fail to understand what the other half believes. There’s an old saying that goes “everybody is against abortion until it’s their daughter that’s in trouble. Those friends who aren’t saying a lot right now? They see both sides of the coin and it’s only ignorance that allows a person to speak so strongly without recognizing the other sides’ views. 

I’m gonna go out on my own limb here and state that i believe that Roe v Wade wouldn’t have been overturned this week if we hadn’t watched liberal enclaves gleefully voting to allow full term abortions (up to the instant before birth) in direct  opposition to roe’s second trimester limitations. The response was conservative states creating laws that throttled abortion “rights” and ended up getting Roe overturned. 
Id also like to point out to the people hooting and hollering in joy today that you can expect to see an effort to pack the Supreme Court as a response, but more importantly, the insane momentum that conservatives had going into 2022 (and 2024) is gone… finished. Liberals were left with nothing to fight about with trump out of the picture and Biden falling on his face. Well, now they’ve got a reason to get out and vote… against the conservative “oppressors.” 
 
This win is gonna be costly. 

And the left hates them…. That wasn’t the case a couple of years ago when the SCOTUS was giving the green light for gay marriages, lol.

I agree, how many more folks on food stamps, housing programs, gov assistance etc... last administration kicked alot of these folks off assistance which some should have been but R's are "Pro life" up til baby is born then it's the hell with em... that ain't going to work

I think what you meant to say is that he would have made a better president.  If we all know that people "don't vote based on results, it's whether they like someone," then why would he go so out of the way to be so unlikable, but argue then he (and his fans) argue "it doesn't matter if he's likable... it's his record that matters?"  You already knew the rules of the game but you played it your own way and then can't seem to grasp the fact that you lost... To sit back after that loss and yell "but the rules are stupid" doesn't change the fact that you lost by ignoring the rules.
"y'all are a bunch of idiots for voting based on personal preference!"  No, it's like if you're in school and there's this one really smart kid who wants to be the class president, and he'd probably make a pretty good class president... except he goes out of his way to irritate, aggravate, and otherwise infuriate all of his classmates.  As expected, he loses badly because nobody likes him, but he's still arguing that he would have made a better class president and anybody who couldn't see that must be stupid.

They overturned a New York law that says they don’t have to issue a license unless you can prove a need. The ruling was that the Second Amendment does not require you to prove why you need self defense. 

Democrats during that Era do not have the same ideologies as the Democrats of today. I learned that in 6th grade
