  1. Its hugely different. The woman was sitting in a car, unarmed, backing out of the driveway, leaving. Zero threat to the resident. Nothing remotely like multiple people knocking (beating?) on an innocent mans home armed to the teeth. To try to equate the dead innocent homeowner with a homicidal maniac shooting a unarmed woman in a car is totally unbelievable.
  2. Thanks Gametime5, we will need it. 4 of the Top 7 are local! Its going to be a tough road. Class 5A 1Montgomery Lake Creek 30-0 2Frisco Heritage 24-1-1 3Barbers Hill 29-2 4Georgetown 29-4 5Richmond Foster 25-3 6El Paso Hanks 21-1 7Friendswood 18-9
  3. Ah, the straw man argument. UPS would not be packing heat, and then blow me away standing in my own home. You want to talk law? Earlier you said Whose property it is on has no bearing" Really? Better look up "Castle Doctrine" and "Stand Your Ground" laws. Whose property it is absolutely, positively does matter. I would say you need to consult a good lawyer and be enlightened.
  4. I would like to believe that but I don't. I think the vast majority of respectable, productive people have already left that blue hellhole and moved somewhere else. I sure would have. Same for NYC, etc.
  5. 15 arrests... out of literally hundreds. Then, directly right back out on the street. No bail necessary, woke Soros judge will make sure no charges will stick.
  6. But wait! There's more! Blue California gets in the act! [Hidden Content]\\
  7. I think you are exactly right. Thanks for all the kind words.
  8. I am hoping we can get a certain transfer pitcher from BC! JK of course!
  9. Continued excellence! 30-2, and undefeated in District at 12-0. I think BH has won the district for the last 5 years. Of course Softball State Champions in 2021!
  10. WTH? If I am beating on some other guys door, on HIS property, then I shoot and kill him??? The cops and the Law are going to side with him 99.9999% of the time. You know thats true. You still have not answered how the PD should respond to the widow and the greiving children who saw their Dad blown away standing in his own home.
  11. [Hidden Content]
  12. The homeowner was terrified, and protecting his family. He did NOT shoot the cops. THEY made the mistake, THEY were the agressors, THEY killed him, on his property. It all sounds like laywer talk, shift blame to the dead guy. Put him on trial, after all, he can't speak for himself anymore, can he?
  13. Thats not what I implied. Retreating, or a better word would be just to completely back off, until verification takes place. They did not. I don't care who is wearing the badge, that don't make you God. This was DOTSONS property, not the cops. The cops moved on him, on HIS property, not the other way around. Unless Dotson actually fired first, there is no excuse. There has to be restraint. Here is another recent "event" by the same FPD: [Hidden Content] They blew away a 25 year old in his car, and the cheif later admitted he "could have been reaching to unbuckle his seat belt" as the cops were screaming and forcing him to. All over a stupid license plate. [Hidden Content] Finally, are you really suggesting no apology for the reamining Dotsons? Seriously? What would you tell them? Just "tough luck" or something?
  14. They absolutely should NOT be prosecuted for just knocking on the wrong door. They should be prosecuted for taking an innocent mans life, and trying to kill his wife before taking enough due diligence to make 100% sure they are confronting the right person at the right address before shooting to kill. Clearly there was doubt already in the air. Retreating until everything is 100% confirmed would have been the prudent course of action, and prevented this very preventable tragedy. Do you think simply issuing a public apology while a grieving widow and horrified kids try to go on without a Dad is all that should be done?
  15. Actually, they throw themselves in jail, when they commit MURDERS, etc. If someone in YOUR family was murdered, would you want the killer released, so he could go kill again?
  16. Soros, BLM, Antifa, and big tech. Fixed it for you.
  17. Mess? Are you insane? When Trump left the nation was sound, with the exception of the violent left destroying cities coast to coast. Inflation was at or less than 2%, the border was as secure, and perversion was not welcome in schools, libraries, and the workplace. Biden the Soros appointed government we have now has WRECKED America, while China, Russia, Iran and the rest of the American haters roll on the floor with laughter, celebrating our destruction.
  18. I SECOND THAT!!!
  19. I was reading some "expert" predictions just before the masters. One guy predicted Tiger would dominate Mickelson. How laughable. Tiger limped off and could not even finish, while Mickelson had a historically great performance.
  20. Asking for more blue deaths in the solid blue city. If thats what they want, thats what they get. I guess the creamatoriums run 24/7 there out of necessity.
  21. I don't follow the LIV thing at all, but the drama is originating with the PGA biased media. That said, Phil Mickelson is far exceeding expectations, while childish trolling is going on by PGA folks. [Hidden Content] [Hidden Content] Mickelson and the other LIV pros are being the adults in the room, ignoring it all. I admire that.
  22. I agree. It will reverberate down through all the classifications, with the largest ones feeling the most affect.
  23. That would put the cutoff at 1318, making Lumberton 103 away, Vidor 89 away, and Splendora 84 away. I think none of them jump this cycle, Splendora jumps the next cycle, Lumberton the one after that, then Vidor after that. Just a guess.
  24. The current 4A-5A cutoff is 1300. Its likely to rise some like it does most every time around. I think Lumberton and Vidor both stays 4A for at least another cycle. Splendora is the likely first one to make the 5A jump.
